OH26 History of Radio Astronomy Walking Tour

Karl Jansky, Grote Reber, Harold Ewen, and Edward Purcell all made significant contributions to Radio Astronomy. On the Green Bank Observatory campus, we have the original Reber Telescope, the Ewen-Purcell hogn, and a model of the Jansky Antenna. Guests are welcome to take a guided walking tour of these historical antennae and telescope.  Tours will start at the Reber Telescope.
